In particular, Andrea assists his Business Clients in tackling and solving complex Domestic and International Tax issues in fields such as Corporate Tax, International Tax Optimization and International Structuring, VAT, Employment and Company Managers Tax as well as in drafting and reviewing the main Business Contracts and structuring Corporate and Governance Operations.
