Dr. Rushmina Murtuza

Rushmina is a qualified UK Barrister with a demonstrated fifteen year history in the legal services industry. Her practice focuses in the area of business and legal consulting on technological related transactions, outsourcing agreements and covers the full spectrum of commercial and business law related issues. She has an exemplary knowledge in negotiating, drafting and reviewing contracts, legal research, legal compliance, contract management and general advisory work. Rushmina has represented clients from virtually every sector including manufacturing, transport, retail, hospitality, telecommunications, technology, retail, automotive, government contracting. She has a keen interest in protecting her clients’ rights through the use of secure contractual provisions and the use of preventative measures in their business transactions.

She has worked with clients at all levels, from Senior Associate to Head of Legal to In-house Corporate Counsel.
